Several Lots have make an offer on them. Make an offer and we will let you know within 24 hours if your offer is accepted. Prior to auction there is a minimum offer set that must be met for Refind to accept the offer. If you make an offer and it is accepted you can schedule a time for pick up or pick up on Saturday, February 22.
We will be charging $1 to authorize the credit card on file. It will be refunded for some immediately but some banks take up to five business days. Unfortunately, we have had bidders give us incorrect credit cards. Sorry for any inconvenience.
On-line auction begins to close at 7 pm on Friday, February 21 with 3 Lots/minute. Pick up for this sale is Saturday, February 22 from 9 am to 2 pm.

Condition reports state our professional opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Buyer's Premium:
By placing a bid, bidder has agreed to full responsibility, risk, and liability of Lot, and to remit full payment, applicable sales tax, and respective buyer's premium in the event buyer is acknowledged as highest bidder. ALL BIDS ARE CONSIDERED LEGALLY BINDING AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Payment and Pick-Up Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Non-Negotiable.
Invoices will be emailed within 12 hours following the auction. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to remit payment and remove their merchandise per the terms of this agreement.
ALL BUYERS: Full payment of invoice and removal of goods is required at the specified time set by RFES. Usually, the following day of the on-line auction.
Failure to remove purchased merchandise within the stated pick-up time frame will result in having you banned from future sales. Please contact us, if there is a delay in pickup. We will be more understanding if you contact us and make other arrangements.
Merchandise left for more than 48 hours after the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and ownership will transfer to the RFES.
Payment Methods:
**Credit card information is now required to place a bid on RFES. During pick up your card on file can be charged or you can choose a different payment method. If you are a no show, your card on file will be charged and you have 24 hours to make arrangements for pick up otherwise it will be donated. No exceptions.
NOTE: It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the RFES is provided with correct email address for invoice delivery. Please check you Spam file to see if the invoice was placed there. We generally have invoices quickly sent out after the auction ends. If you feel that you have won a Lot(s) and have not received an email, please contact us.
Shipping:
If you need an item shipped, please contact us prior to bidding. We do not ship furniture or crystal. Again seek prior approval before bidding if you need something shipped. The cost of shipping is the bidder’s responsibility. Please contact us prior to bidding to verify if we can ship a desired item.
Please bring boxes and packing materials, we always run out.
PLEASE bring help to load LARGE items. We are limited in assisting you to remove your heavy items, YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE ITEMS!
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. Items end three per minute, starting at 7 pm. If there is competitive bidding the Lot will extend for 3 minutes. We highly suggest using the ‘Maxbid’ feature to let the system bid for you, up to your maximum price. Maxbid is similar to Ebay.
